Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
My husband and I divorced in June 2015. It was a non contested. We both agreed and had time limits on certain things he was suppose to do, up until now he hasn't done anything but pay his Alimony , He is a Pastor 66 yrs old. We had been Married 47 years. He Married a 36 year old within a week to two weeks after the divorce. That of course created BIG problems in the church for him and especially his Finances due to him losing 90% of the congregation. The Board has ask him several times to step down, he says give him 3 month's to try to build up another congregation and if he can't do so him and his new wife are going to Mexico. He made the statement to them that I/we the court couldn't touch him and that's true Which leaves me no home, no Insurance, Health, Life and dental, home repairs and No Alimony. Is there any way I can have his Passport revoked?

take him back to court and put him in contempt for the things he has not done yet. That way if he runs, he will have a warrant out for his arrest and he can be brought back.

File a motion for contempt/enforcement.
