Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My husband and I are getting divorced we have one 7 yr old child together. I have been a stay at home Mom for the last 7 years per his request...We are both on the deed to our home in Florida..He has stopped paying the mortgage..I have no job, and no money and cannot afford and attorney and the county I am in does not provide legal aid representation... will the judge order him to continue to pay the mortgage so my son and I have a place to live the banks will not allow me to refinance our home without a job....I had a career, money and a car before I met him and now I have nothing, and I am afraid I am going to wind up in the street with my son...I have been looking for employment for the last 8 months but no luck yet..

you need to file for divorce. Then file Temporary Needs document and state that you need the house , car, alimony and child support while the divorce is going on.
