Husband Drug addick, House under Foreclosure? We have Three Kids!
My husband is a Drug Addict. My house is under Foreclosure. We have three kids. Do I file for Bankruptcy? What do I do? Can I leave him and take the kids to my Mom? My mother lives in a different County than where we currently reside in Florida. Are there any illegalities about this action? I do not work. He has supported me and the kids since 1996. He forbids me to work or go to school to become a teacher. He also doesn�t want me to have any friends. I am very afraid of what he would do if I leave. I want to do what is right for our kids and their future. What type a rights do I have? What are my legal options since I have no money?
Please help me have a brighter future for my children.
