Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My husband is due in court for a probation status hearing in Ohio on Friday. He has served his 5 years probation and this is just a hearing to go over the status. We live in Florida and are financially unable to make a trip to Ohio. What options do we have? or do we have to be there in person? Thanks!

You need to ask an Ohio lawyer this question, but in Florida, you would have to be present in person.

You need to contact the court in Ohio to see if it is possible to appear telephonically if you are unable to appear in person.

I agree with Mr. Buckley - see if you can appear by telephone.
