Is my ex husband entitled to half of my settlement money?

In October 2005 I filed a lawsuit. Within the next month or two (November/December 2006)my lawsuit should be settled in my favor and I will be given a monetary award. My divorce to my ex husband was finalized in March 2006. Is my ex husband entitled to half of my settlement money since we weren't legally divorced at the time I filed the lawsuit?

Not unless it was covered in the final judgment.
