Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Can my husband evict myself and my daughter?

My husband is demanding that my daughter, age 17 (mine, not his) and I move out.

These are the basic facts of my immediate problems, as he is making life as miserable as possible:

1. I am not working at this time. I have been out of work--at his suggestion-- for 3 months, except for a short 5-day contract job during that time. 6 weeks of that time I did not have transportation.

2. I have no money in my account and have no access to his account. He has always insisted on seperate accounts, and I was never allowed to know how much he made (sales) or what ''his'' money was spent on....therefore, I have nowhere to go.

3. He has told me he will NOT pay rent or household bills (all utilities, DTV, car insurance, etc. is in my name) for the month of January or thereafter. All household bills, groceries, etc. were my responsibility when I was working.

4. ''My'' car, which had been in the shop for 6 weeks, is actually in his name, since the car I owned was sold (and the proceeds given to him)when he rebuilt and ''gave'' me this car. And he has refused to transfer title to my name.

Can he legally do all this to me? I am afraid he will remove the tag from my car next....or remove furnishings (90% were mine before our marriage).

Find a lawyer in your area right away. You have many legal rights available to you for which should be explained to you by a local lawyer (Cocoa beach, right?).
