Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My husband and his ex-girlfriend have 3 kids together. Their relationship was always rocky and ended about 6 years ago. When it ended he got a paternity test on all kids and was about to try and get custody when she slapped him with a restraining order and had his oldest daughter make false accusations against him. They went to court over the charges where his daughter was brainwashed into lying, anyhow he won the case and shortly after the ruling his ex called & said the girl (who is now 13) said she was made to lie by her grandmother, and he was permitted to talk to his daughter on several occasions at this time. But a few months later when he called to tell his second oldest happy birthday she said it wasn't a good idea because she really didn't know who he was. There has been no contact between him or his daughters since. that was nearly three years ago. He has been afraid to do anything not knowing what she might try next. He is no longer afraid. But we need to know since he does pay child support and no legal ruling was made giving her full custody of the kids, does he have a legal right to see them?

He needs to go to family court and seek an order setting up his timeshare (visitation). He needs to get a family law attorney to help him. He'll also probably owe child support.

You need to hire an attorney to help you in court with this matter. You have established paternity and you state he is paying child support. I would file a petition to obtain an order as to custody, child support and visitation.
