Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

my husband got another female pregnant but he is not on the birth certificate yet because there has to be a paterinty test done but in the mean while the other girl is giving him a hard time to see the baby. the thing is she has already been proven to be a unfit mother her first child has already been taken away from her. What rights does my husband have?

If she is unfit, contact DCF. He has the right to help raise his child. He needs to get a lawyer and get custody if the mother is unfit.

File for the paternity action and contact DCF. Ask for custody.
