Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My husband filed for divorce and sole custody of our two children as apparently he was unfaithful the entire time we was together. He had his rights terminated to his older children because he was at a family get together with his ex wife and kids when he and his ex got into a domestic dispute her dad stepped in and they got into a fight which resulted in his father in laws death so he was convicted of second degree murder while kids were present, what are the chances he will get custody of our children?
