Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My husband filed a Emergency child pick up order and a contempt order, but the respondent filed a contempt order as well two days later. Which one will be adressed first.

That depends on a lot of things, but most judges would address them together at a hearing. On an emergency basis, they'll probably be addressed in the order that the clerk gives them to the judge first. Almost all emergency motions get denied, by the way, at least until the hearing when both sides can tell their sides.
