Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Ex husband has filed fraudulent financial affidavits for years and now I believe I have proof he\'s falsified a public record and has committed perjury at least 3 times. I have proof but what do I need to file with the court to be able to question his financial affidavits. Seems like the court won\'t let me talk about it because I\'m always going to court for things that he files. I believe he is in violation of Florida Statute 831.01 and/or 831.02 Forgery and Counterfeiting a public record. He\'s done this to hide his assets. Rule 12.540 governs 1.540(b) which states there is no time limit for motions based on financial affidavit fraud.
