Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

my ex husband filed a motion to change the custody of our daughter. We are currently charing her on a week to week basis. He gets her a week and I get her a week. how do I file a motion to dismiss the case? can i do this myself since i cannot afford lawyer fees?

Hi. If your arrangement is working out well for both of you and your husband no longer wishes to pursue custody, then you could ask him to drop his motion. If he is unwilling to do so, then you would have to file a response to his motion and set it for hearing in front of the judge.
