Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My husband is filing for divorce. We agreed on the terms so it is uncontested. Do I need to reveal my assets, s.s. number, vinn number of my car etc. to his lawyer?...Thank You Elena

You are still required to do mandatory disclosure, however he needs to provide the same information to you regarding his personal property.

I suggest you have an attorney on stand by. Once he sees your assets, he may not want to agree to such an easy divorce.
