Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My husband and I own a garden center that we opened together at the same time we got married 2 1/2 years ago. Do I have any legal claim to our garden center in a divorce. The property is leased but the business license is in his name. We both have our monies invested although his is much much more than mine, we file taxes together, lived together for 2 years, and generally speaking the garden center is ours, up until we decided to divorce and he says it is all his. Do I have any legal claim as his wife and partner?
