Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Husband is a great father but i'm no longer in love with him nor do we engage in sex. I want to move back to NY and he doesn't however we have 2 children and I am afraid he will fight for custody, what are my options? My whole family is in NY and my uncle has cancer so I want to return there and work since I've been unemployed for the past year 1/2.

File for divorce, once it is done, file for relocation with the children based on the needed support of your family.
