Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My husband, who is now held in contempt of court for not paying his child support, is saying that he has legal documents in Oklahoma (where he lives now to try to get away from paying child support) stating that he can not go to jail if he goes to his court date (here in bay county florida) on March the 3rd of this year. He owes around $2400.00 back pay and missed payments. He claims to be not working, but he has purchased his new girlfriend a car and a motorcycle for himself as well as raising his new two children that he had with this new woman. On my court date on the 3rd of march, what can he do or say to fight me and what would be the outcome?

I doubt that the Florida judge will be impressed with the Oklahoma legal documents, but other than that, you'll each have to present your evidence. He'll say he can't pay, you'll show evidence of the money he has spent recently, and the judge will decide.
