Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My husband inherited a large amount of stocks from his parents upon their death five years ago. Several months ago, he added my name and made these jointly held between the two of us. I have been thinking of divorcing him for over 2 years, but have hesitated. If I file for divorce so soon after he transferred the stocks to our joint names, will that create an issue?
