Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
My ex husband is currently over $20k behind in child support. He's only paid about $400 in 5 years. Last pay received was for $35 in July 2014. In August 2014, his child support was charged off...sent to collections ($18,859). I've never heard such a thing. He currently has a job but still not paying. What can I do to find out why it was sent to collections and what further can I do about this?

1. I do not understand the matter being sent to a collection agent.
2. Ask your attorney/ file Motion for an Income Deduction Order directed to the employer.
