Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
Husband left 4 weeks ago... we have 2 kids together. There young so I stay at home with them... and if i can get work it can only be part time due to childcare.... I tried reaching him by phone and text to work things out and he wants no part of it. I tried!!! He took away direct deposit of his paycheck into OUR joint account at the bank. SO i have no money for bills, kids, food, anything!! 18cents in the bank account. Is he allowed to just pull his paycheck from our joint account like that? AND i find out he with his check he is using it as a down payment for a motorcycle for which he applied for a loan "using our address" --- I called him text him asking for money for the kids and bills and he ignored them all. WHAT can I do?? Can i bring up in court that he bought a motorcycle instead of helping with bills and the kids??
Can he pull my medical insurance too?? We live in orlando FL .. married 4 years.. two kids.

You need to immediately file a petition in Orange County.
You need to run to the courthouse - file a Motion for Temporary Needs, Get a Hearing set before the General Magistrate and Service him. This will get you some funds for support by getting an Order for Income Deduction to his job to make them pay each week money into the Child Support Division who will then mail you the check. Next file for Divorce.
