Me and My husband are legally seperated

Ok me and my husband are seperated. I am getting calls from a debt collector who says my name is on my of his repo's. He had his car repoed 2 years before we even got married. Am i responisble for that repo also? I don't file my taxes joint with him will this affect my taxes?

If you signed with him two years ago on a car, you are part of the contract and as liable as he is. In fact, if they can't get anything out of him they can come after you for the full amount. If you did NOT sign, then tell them to stuff it!

If you were on the car loan, you are responsible for the debt, regardless of a divorce or separation.
