Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
My husband had lied and said he stoped the divorce prosses so i belived him and didnt file any thing for my part then the day court is he says i never droped it and didnt get to show up then i get a paper telling me that if i have objections i had 5 days to voice them i did and sent what i needed to the judge ...well because i was lied to and never got to say anything befor he signed the papera ...this is what i need to know it says we split everuthing but we never did and theres nothing showing what we split it says we live in diffrent houses and we do not allways lived together and it says i get supervised visits with my girls in the day time what do i need to do i dont want to get in any trouble

not sure I understand what happened. Did the Judge sign a divorce? Did you respond in time? Did the Judge hear your voice on this matter. If, and I am just guessing here, your ex husband obtained a divorce under fraudulent means, then you have every right to ask the judge to vacate the final judgment and ask for a hearing.
