Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My husband and I live and are residents of NY state. We have a upside down mortgage in Florida for a condo in Naples. He says I signed over rights to the condo but my name is on the mortgage. Getting a divorce. How can I have my name removed of the mortgage

If the condo is awarded (or you agree for it to be awarded) to your husband, he would need to get the house refinanced in his name only. There is no way to remove your name. Your loan has to be paid in full to release you from financial responsibility.
