Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My husband and I had been living separately for 9 years. I live in Florida and he relocated to Arizona. He got married last year without serving me with a divorce first. Am I now legally considered divorced?

I suggest you find out if there is a divorce on file in Arizona. If not, then he has committed bigamy which is illegal and he may not be divorced from you but his new marriage would be void.

Check with your husband or the AZ court. You should file for divorce in FL if you are still in fact married to him.
