Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My husband and I are having marital issues, out son will be going to stay with his grandmother for the month of August, out of state. If at this time my husband leaves does leave me is there I can protect my child from being kept from me?

How old is your son? Perhaps you should file a Petition for custody and visitation, child support and complete the parenting plan.
