Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
Me and my husband were married in Puerto Rico. I am a resident of the state of Florida. He is currently in Puerto Rico. I would like to know if I can file a "Simplified disillusioned of marriage" here in Florida in order to end the marriage. Can I do this?

Simplified no. You can file a regular divorce here in FL then serve your husband in PR. Use a lawyer.

If you have resided in Fla for more than 6 months you can seek a dissolution of marriage.
