My husband and I have been married 10 years. He has not kept a job for the last 8 years. I am a state employee. Is he entitled to a portion of my pension?

It really depends. How much has he contributed to the finances of the marriage. Does he have a,401k or Ira account. Why can't he keep a job. There are a lot of questions that are unanswered.
