Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My husband and I have been married for 14 years. We recently relocated from Ohio to Florida. I have worked part time off and on, but am currently unemployed. He drained all of our accounts leaving me with no money. He came home out of the blue & told me to leave. I said no so he did. What are my options? We have a house in OH for sale & are renting in FL

Have you established residency here in Florida - ie been here for over 6 months. If so, then I suggest you file for divorce and alimony and if you have small chldren, child support. Also, reap any benefits you have from the sale of the home in Ohio since he has utilized all the funds and should have to replace them.
