Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
My husband and I have been married for 7 yrs. But together for 10 yrs. We have had custody of my 3 children during this time period. He has been a major provider for our family and is now talking divorce. Can I get any kind of support order for my children? I do recieve order from their father but very inconsistently. I am very concerned about our well being if this divorce does take place.

Sorry but these are not his children. I suggest you take your ex back to court for additional support.
If he has not adopted them he is not obligated to pay. You need to obtain support from their biological father.
Note - if any of the children were born during the marriage then they are products of the marriage and he is obligated to support them unless and until a court rules otherwise.
