my husband is in the military and took my child from me today and took her out of state without my consent he is cheatin on me and i really want my child back

You should see a lawyer immediately. If you file for divorce, the judges in your county may issue an order compelling the return of your child. Some judges believe that the law demands that children be returned when they are taken before a divorce is filed, others do not.
