Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My ex husband wants to move out of state with our son. We have 50/50 at this time. I don't have money for a family law lawyer and at a loss of what to do. I will have to do this on my own and just wondering where to start? Our son was also supposed to be in pre K and his father still hasn't done that yet because he left the state again. This is the second time in a month and I'm sure he's planning more trips. I don't know what to do.

He cannot relocate your son without court approval.
