Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My husband moved me and my 3 children to Canada and lied about his age. I did not find out till after I was married. There is a 15 year difference and I have proof that he lied? He completely isolated and controlled all finances and became very controlling and abusive. I ended up staying in a safe house for 4 months there because he stated if I left him, he would get the police to throw us across the border. He never immigrated me and my children. He threatned that he would immigrate us if I immigrate him to the U.S. He lied to me about his age and had me trapped in another country and I now know he may have only married me to gain access to american immigration and I am devastated. I am back home in Florida. What can I legally do?
