Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My husband moved out a month ago to live with his girlfriend. He keeps coming back to the house and walking in like he still lives here. Can I change the locks? Can I call the police to make him leave if he won't?

You should bring a proceeding for temporary sole possession of the home. He is an owner

and you cannot prevent his use without a court order.
