Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

my husband moved out about two months ago, after being unemployed for one year. He bought a condo without my knowledge, and deposited $41,00.00 in his account of source unknown to me

meanwhile I am left to pay a large mortgage and assumed multiple bills, including our sons

college education.the money he used to buy the condo came from his 401k which he rolled

over into an Ira when he became unemployed.The $41,000.00 I dont know where he got that.

Mean while I worked extra hours to maintain the bills while he was unemployed for the year. He went'

back to work for the same company that initially laid him off.How can I get him to pay some of

this expense that is killing me and I'm I entitled to any of this money? How will my taxes be affected

by his withdrawal of his Ira since we are still married?

File a Petition for Temporary Needs which will include support, alimony, marital home and possessions until a divorce hearing.
