Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My husband has moved out, he is in probation and he says he will not live with me while on probation because we've been having marital issues and he says he's afraid I will violate him which I won't. But he doesn't believe me. So he moved out. He still has a key, he's told everyone he's moved out and isnt' coming back while I'm here. So can I change the locks? Legally?

Sure. You can do that anyway, so long as you are on the deed or the lease. Of course, he can always change them, too, if he's on the deed or the lease.
