Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My husband is in the US Navy and filed for divorce without letting his commander in chief know what's going on...he wants me to sign a waiver so I wouldn't receive child support or any assets he have... I'm being pressured and I don't have a lawyer and I don't know what to do...

Sign nothing without speaking to attorney first. If you live on, or near a military base speak to JAG Legal Assistance. If too far away call your county Legal Aid office for help.
