Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

husband in Ohio served me papers in florida via certified us mail. i answered and returned them the same way/ have court date set for feb 2 in OHIO which I can not attend. can i file a motion to dismiss NOW AS i was not served appropriately?

Depending upon the procedure in Ohio, it is probably too late. In Florida a claim of improper service or improper process has to be raised at the time you file your first papers with the court or they are deemed waived.
