Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

If my ex husband was oredered to pay child support in 2005 and never did and useed thret tactics for me not to pursue it, then trys to get child support from me now in 2011 for our 16 year old who lives there with him will he get it or will he have to pay memy back child support i never recieved???

The decision as to whether you get credit is up to the Judge. You must pled the set off in order for the court to coinsider the issue.
