Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My husband has packed up my things and told me to get out by the time he returns home from work. The marriage is over because I want a divorce. We have two small children and I need to know what do I need to do immediately to remain in the home with my children. I was a stay at home mom until a year ago when I obtained a commissioned job, what do I do at this point?

You have as much right to martial home as your husband. He cannot force you to leave.
