Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My ex husband and I have a parenting plan In place with joint parental responsibility in Florida. I have a 5 year old and a 3 year old with Autism. He moved out of state and wants the boys for the summer. He hasn't seen them in over 3 months. When he lived here we decided we would share them on weekend not summers. Do I have to send them?

The parenting plan should be changed to reflect his move out of state. You will not get in trouble for not agreeing to something that is not in the current order of the court. Contact my office for free consultation.
