What do my husband and I need to do to get a paternity test for a child believed not to be his...even though he signed the birth certificate...and is forced to pay child support.....

YOu need to file a petition for paternity. Depending on how long you have waited and when he became aware of this - will depend greatly on whether the judge will allow. You need an attorney in this type of matter - this is not something you want to do on your own. There are no do overs so this is your one chance to prove this child is not his.
