Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Me and my husband are having some problems and he works out of town. He says hes gonna send his dad to our house to get our only vehicle which is in his name. Do his parents have the legal right to come and get it?

Yes. I suggest you file a Petition for Divorce and a Petition for Temporary Needs - this would allow you to keep the vehicle until the divorce and then it will be up to either of you or the court as to how that will be handled.
