Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
my husband has ptsd and is a disabled veteran. I caught him doing cocaine in front of our one year old. he left the state 30 days ago bouncing all checks for every bill in our home including his car payment which is under my name. he has now come back stating that he is clean. promised to give me some money towards rent this month( he receives additional benefits from the va for me, our son and his step son) and didnt. I was unable to report my car stolen due to it being a marital asset in florida he is now refusing to leave my home, and is threatening to leave the state with my child. I can not afford a lawyer at this time legal aid states i make too much money but i am sitting here paying for his bills as well as daycare for 2 children and all the bills in my home please advise...

If you cannot afford to retain counsel, you can attempt to proceed on your own. Many of the forms are on the Florida Supreme Court's website.
To retain legal counsel, at a minimum, you will likely need at least a $2,300.00 retainer (includes the $408 Court charged filing fee)
If you opt to proceed without the assistance of counsel, be aware that you will not be entitled to a do over if things go badly.
