Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My husband and I are recently married. He has children from previous relationships, an 8 yr old daughter and 2 yr son. We are currently struggling financially and only have one air mattress where we sleep. He has regular, court ordered weekend visitations with his children. Recently, however, his son\'s mother is denying him overnights because she does not want the little boy sleeping in the same bed as Myself, my husband(his father) and his sister. Can you please define inappropriate care for the child and how her claim would carry in a miami, fl court of law? is she allowed to refuse his visitation without having had this issue resolved through the courts?\n

It's not strictly legal for her to deny visitation which is court-ordered, but I doubt any judge is going to blame her or disagree with her. You can't squeeze everyone onto an air mattress, and you really shouldn't be sleeping with them. Get the kids a proper bed and bedroom.
