Ex husband
I have recently petitioned to relocate with my son three hours from his father. In my ex husbands objections he lies throughout the entire thing. I can prove everything he said is a lie. Can he get in trouble for purgery when we go to court? And if so since he is from SOuth Africa can he be deported? He already agreed to let me move 1,500 miles away but has now changed his mind. He has no family in the United States and I would like to move and be closer to mine so my son can be with family.

Perjury is a crime and is punishable by a fine and jail time, if convicted. Very seldom does a State Attorney's Office file perjury against any one, especially in a civil complaint like yours.
If you proof is strong enough that it makes his testimony incredible and the judge does not believe him, then you will win.
Of course, if it is just a he said/she said type of presentation, the judge will decide on who he thinks is the more credible. So other proof can be very important as long as it is relevant and admissible.
