Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My ex husband send a summons that I have 20 days to answer. For modification of child support/parental time sharing beacuse he has our daughter living with him.The child support all of the sudden stopped. My question is can he stop paying child support with an order?and how do I respond to this summons. I want to make an agreement amongst each other. I would not like to go to court over this. We have a son also and he si living with me.

Technically, he can't stop support without a court order, but I doubt anyone will blame him given that one of your two kids is now living with him. Obviously, child support will now drastically change. You should either call him to make an agreement or talk to a lawyer about filing an answer and requesting mediation.
