Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My husband and I are separated. We have two children together and I have asked him to please file the divorce papers since he is the one who wanted it, but he constantly puts it off. He has recently opened an LLC business with his girlfriend. Do I have any legal rights to obtain information about this business since we are still legally married? He is not a US citizen (nor is his girlfriend)and I feel he is using our marital status for his benefit and thus the reason why he won't file divorce from me.

You can file the divorce, and when you do, you will be entitled to information about the business.
