Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My husband and I are separated we are getting a divorce. I have contacted a lawyer however they have got to let me know if they are going to represent me or not. My question is my husband took the company vehicle without permission the company is listed in both our names however he does not participate in any work at the company. How can I get my company vehicle back I need it for work for tomorrow?

Since the vehicle is in the company name and you both own the company, then you just go and get it until a court order is issued as to who gets to use it.

If the vehicle is in your name then you can go get it. The better strategy is to get a lawyer, and another car for now.
