Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

since my husband and I separated in June, do I have to move out of our house before any divorce? Or do I stay there(pay or not?) until the divorce. He and his sister are the owners on the mortgage(we couldn't buy on our own). What are my rights after 28 years of marriage in regard to the home?

Until a judge orders you to move, you do not have to. Your piece of mind may want you to move.

You are fine where you are until the judge requires you to move. If the house is not yours though you could be evicted, but that will take time as well. You know what is coming, so start making plans.

Stay where you are until the Judge says you must leave. Don't forget to ask for your share of the equity as you have maintained the house as will as him.
