Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My husband and I are separated and he wants to take the kids out of town but refuses to tell me where they're staying. Can I prevent him from taking the kids unless he tells me where he's going and where they're staying?

Florida does not have a separation agreement. You are either married or not. Since you have not filed any papers - he has as much right to take the children as you do. However, I would really be concerned that he does not want you to know where he is going.
