Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
My husband and I are separated. I live in FL he lives in PA. He has been refusing to give me a divorce and I can't afford a lawyer to push things forward. He was calling me at work, tried to get me fired got all my utilities shut off and told the landlord I wouldn't pay rent. I had to change stores and move just to get away from the constant harassment. He found out where I moved to and where my new job was and he would call my work again. After finding out I was pregnant I had to quit my job . I couldn't handle the stress of work and my crazy husband all at the same time. He has videos of a sexual nature from when we were married. He has sent pictures of me from the videos to hundreds of people on facebook. He has recently sent a picture of me with everything showing to my 15 year old nephew via facebook. He sent it from a made up account but he is the only person with these videos/images. What kind of legal action can I take against him.

When you state that you became pregnant, was that his child?
If he refuses to "give you" a divorce, go out and get it without his consent.
How much does he earn? Can we prove his income, or is it "under the table"?

As to sending the video to your nephew, contact the police department - what he is doing is against the law and they will feret him out and probably put him in jail.
P.S. I know this is embarrassing but do you really want this to keep going on.
